I have over ten years' experience writing everything from tween sitcoms to animation to vampire drama.
I started my TV writing career back in 2000, writing seventeen episodes of Disney Channel's tween hit Lizzie McGuire. Lizzie received two Emmy nominations and won two Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, as well as a Gracie Allen award and an Environmental Media Award (EMA) for the episode "Obsession" written by me and my former writing partner.
I moved on to write Nickelodeon's Romeo! as well as various animated projects for the Disney Channel, including The Buzz on Maggie, The Emperor's New Skool and Brandi & Mr. Whiskers.
For three years I wrote on Cartoon Network's Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, penning multiple episodes, three 30-minute specials (Billy & Mandy Save Christmas, Billy & Mandy Versus the Martians, and Billy & Mandy Moon the Moon) and the DVD movie Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure. When Big Boogey Adventure aired on CN in 2007, it was their highest-rated original movie to date. I was in the writers' room for the MTV series Valemont, participating in the rewrite of all 35 episodes.
I just wrapped Nickelodeon's "How to Rock," (I wrote four episodes, including iTunes #1 download, "How to Rock a Messy Bet.") and am currently consulting on Nickelodeon's "House of Anubis."
